Arrival & Consultations: We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This allows sufficient time to complete any necessary consultation forms and ensures your service begins promptly.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Your appointments are very important to us. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within this 24-hour window will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • No-Show Policy: Guests who miss their appointment without prior notification may be required to provide a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings.

  • Late Arrivals: To ensure the highest quality experience for all guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened service duration. We are unable to offer time extensions for late arrivals, and the full price of the service will still apply.

  • Sickness & Wellness: For the health and safety of our community, please stay home if you are feeling unwell. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to assist you in rescheduling your session for a time when you are feeling better.

  • Booking: All sessions are handled by appointment only to ensure dedicated time for every client.

Shiatsu Attire: To ensure the best experience and allow for a full range of motion during your treatment, please observe the following dress code:

  • Comfortable Clothing: We recommend wearing loose-fitting, flexible attire such as joggers, leggings, or athletic wear.

  • Fabric Restrictions: Please avoid wearing jeans or clothing with restrictive zippers, buttons, or belts, as these can interfere with the therapist's ability to apply proper pressure.

  • Socks: Since Shiatsu is performed while you are fully clothed, we also suggest wearing a clean pair of socks for your comfort.
